Met groot genoegen presenteer ik hierbij onze vernieuwde website SoniaKees.nl. De website toont kunst van mij en mijn vrouw Sonia. Af en toe wordt er ingegaan op actuele situaties, dat gebeurt dan hoofdzakelijk op deze pagina. Sonia zoekt de publiciteit niet op, van haar worden haar schilderijen getoond van de afgelopen jaren sinds 2020. Van mij zijn er pagina's over mijn sculptuur, over mijn schilderijen en tekeningen, over mijn werk als architect, over mijn foto's en video's, over mijzelf aan het werk in het atelier. Ik hoop daarmee een indruk te geven van onze artistieke activiteiten. Omdat ik naakt werk bevat de atelier-pagina veel naaktfoto's, dat is ook het geval met de video's. Het naakt zijn geeft mij een gevoel van vijheid, het is ook een klein protest tegen onze vewrongen cultuur met betrekking tot ons lichaam, zeker in deze tijd wordt naaktheid verbonden met seks en seksualiteit, als iets dat in het veborgene plaats vindt.
Als architect heb ik mij intensief bezig gehouden met informatica, ik heb mijn eigen computerprogramma's geschreven, behoorde tot de eersten die met de computer gingen tekenen, en heb via een dienstverband bij de toenmalige Stichting STABU een informatiesysteem voor de bouw ontworpen en gerealiseerd, dat internatiale aandacht heeft gekregen.
Deze website heb ik ook zelf ontworpen en gebouwd.

Aan de site wordt nog gewerkt. Zo ontbreekt nog de pagina met Foto's van Kees, en moeten sommige onderwerpen nog worden aangevuld. Ook ben ik nog bezig met de werkoverzichten om daar de gemaakte selectie op te markeren.

With great pleasure I hereby present our renewed website SoniaKees.nl. The website shows art by me and my wife Sonia. Occasianly current situations are discussed, mainly on this page. Sonia does not seek publicity, her paintings from the past years since 2020 are shown. There are pages about my sculpture, about my paintings and drawings, about my work as an architect, about my photos and videos, about myself at work in the studio. I hope to give an impression of our artistic activities. Because I work naked, the studio page contains many nude photos, which is also the case with the videos. Being naked gives me a sense of freedom, it is also a small protest against our distorted culture with regard to our body, especially curently nudity is associated with sex and sexuality, as something that takes place in secret.
As an architect I have been intensively involved with computer science, I have written my own computer programs, was among the first to draw with the computer, and through an employment contract with the then STABU Foundation I designed and realized an information system for the construction industry, which has received international attention.
I also designed and built this website myself.

The site is still under construction. For example, the page with Kees' photos is still missing, and some subjects need to be added. I am also still working on the work overviews to mark the selection made there.
